Does InDebted offer discounts?
If you have a discount offer for your account, you may receive an email from us about a settlement offer. If there’s no discount offer currently available but you would still like to make a payment, you can set up a payment plan that best suits your circumstances.

Important Disclosure: Impact of Paying a Reduced Settlement Amount on Your Debt
At InDebted we do not report activity to credit reference agencies, however there may still be an impact on your credit report.
When you agree to settle your debt for a reduced amount, the following important factors may impact your financial situation:
Debt Marked as ‘Partially Settled
By paying less than the full amount owed, your creditor may mark the debt as ‘partially
settled’ on your credit file. This will indicate that while the debt is no longer outstanding, it
was not fully paid off as originally agreed.
Credit File Impact:
A ‘partially settled’ status will appear on your credit report and may negatively impact your
credit score. This status can remain on your credit file for up to six years from the date of the
settlement. Lenders may view this unfavourably, which could make it harder for you to obtain
credit in the future.
