With over 30 years' experience in risk and compliance management, Laura is a seasoned global financial services leader. Her Executive roles at Allianz Global Assistance and PRA Group focused on regulatory alignment and compliance programs. Laura fosters a culture of risk awareness, accountability and integrity to support InDebted's growth.

Pierre Bergamin brings over 15 years of engineering leadership experience to drive InDebted’s technological innovation. Prior to joining InDebted, he built and led high-performing engineering teams at Assignar and Learnosity, where he scaled products serving millions of users. As CTO, Pierre leads InDebted’s Engineering teams, architecting solutions that revolutionise the collections industry through technology.
