Can I make a one time payment on my account while in a payment plan?

While we don't currently accept one-off payments unless it settles your account in full, there are a couple of ways you can adjust your payments if you wish to pay more.

Can I pay the remaining balance on my account?

We’ll first need your consent to cancel your existing payment plan. After this, you can pay the remaining balance in full.

How can I check information about my existing payment plan?

In Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the United Kingdom, you can check your payment plan information by looking at your emails from InDebted. In the United States, the best way to check your information will depend on your creditor.

How can I make changes to my payment plan (change the date, amount, payment type, or cancel payment plan)?

First, we’ll need your consent to cancel your existing payment plan. After this, you can set up a new payment plan to your new requirements through our payment portal.

When will my scheduled payment process?

⏰ Your payment is processed between 12am and 1pm in your local time on the scheduled date.
