How can I check information about my existing payment plan?

🇦🇺🇳🇿 If you’re in Australia or New Zealand:

You will have received an email or SMS when you first set up your payment plan outlining your payment plan details. You may also receive email or SMS reminders each time a payment is coming up, or a payment is processed, which gives you updates on your balance.

In any of these emails, you will also have a blue button labelled “View plan” or “Retry Payment”. Simply select this option to view your latest payment plan details and update your plan.

🇺🇸If you’re in the United States:

If you set up your payment plan online, you would have received an email outlining your payment plan details. You will also receive emails each time a payment is coming up, or a payment is processed, which gives you updates on your balance.

Depending on your creditor, you may also have a blue button in any of these emails labelled “View plan” or “Retry payment”. Simply search your inbox for an email with a subject line including “payment plan” and select the blue button. You’ll be able to view your latest payment plan details and update your plan!
